About
I am a qualified Acupuncturist and Cosmetic Acupuncturist practising in London, and a proud member of the British Acupuncture Council. Over the years, I have supported patients with a wide range of health concerns, from migraines, insomnia and musculoskeletal pain to hormonal changes, fertility and IVF, digestive problems, addictions, and the emotional challenges of stress, grief, and anxiety. My practice also includes cosmetic acupuncture, offering a natural way to rejuvenate the skin, soften lines, and restore a healthy glow.
My own journey with acupuncture began during pregnancy, when I developed severe sciatica. After discovering that acupuncture was the only treatment that gave me real relief, I became deeply inspired by its healing potential. That personal experience motivated me to retrain and dedicate my career to helping others find the same kind of transformation.
I studied intensively for three years at the City College of Acupuncture in London, graduating with a First-Class degree. This training gave me both a strong foundation in the classical principles of Chinese Medicine and a modern understanding of how it can be applied in today’s world. I now combine traditional practice with practical diet and lifestyle advice, drawing from both Eastern and Western perspectives to give patients the most rounded care possible.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and centred on the individual. Each treatment is tailored to meet the unique needs of the patient, whether that’s improving sleep, regulating cycles, supporting fertility, easing long-term pain, or finding calm in the middle of a stressful life. I believe acupuncture is not only about relieving symptoms but about restoring balance and offering people a renewed sense of connection with their health and wellbeing.
Acupuncture is recognised by most private insurance providers. If you’d like to explore how it might support you, I’d be delighted to hear from you.

What to expect in your Consultation
If you’ve never had acupuncture before, it’s natural to feel a bit apprehensive. Rest assured, everything will be carefully explained throughout the process.
You’ll be welcomed into one of my peaceful clinic spaces, all with easy access to transport links.
The appointment will start with an in-depth chat. There will be a dive deep into what brings you to Acupuncture or to Cosmetic Acupuncture, as well as your overall health well-being and medical history. In Chinese Medicine, it looks at you as a whole person, not just isolated symptoms. This comprehensive approach helps to get a clear picture of how your body and mind are functioning.
After the discussion, you’ll lie down on the treatment bed. Where your tongue will be examined and your pulses felt - these are key diagnostic tools in Chinese Medicine that provide valuable insights into your body’s state.
Next, the acupuncture needles will be inserted. These are extremely thin and often not felt at all. Sometimes you might experience a slight tingling or dull ache, but it shouldn’t be painful. If needed, techniques may be incorporated such as Moxa, GuaSha, cupping or a TDP Heat lamp.
Then it’s time to relax. You’ll rest with the needles in place for about 25 minutes. Many patients fall into a peaceful sleep or deep state of relaxation during this time.
After the treatment, the needles will be removed and you will be provided with personalised dietary and lifestyle advice. An outline of the treatment plan tailored to your needs will be provided.
Remember, this is a collaborative process. This means working together over time to restore balance and improve your overall well-being, eventually moving to less frequent maintenance sessions, usually every 6 to 8 weeks. The goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to empower you with the tools to maintain your health long-term.
“Jules was exceptionally caring, knowledgeable, attending, compassionate and extremely charismatic. I enjoyed every session we had and she had a huge positive impact on me. Her acupuncture skills, as well as her follow up advice helped me through and supported me greatly. I couldn’t recommend her more. A wonderful human being and excellent therapist too!”
